Designed from the start to be an entirely procedural cooperative play, Barlovento can be played by yourself, but really comes to life when played with friends. Start by generating a world of procedure that will be unique to you design your own custom faction then navigate forward the fight against pirates, trade with the cities, doing quests or just explore - it's up to you how you want to play.

As you surf about you are resources you can use, upgrades for your ship, new cities will ask for your help, and as you get further from the starting area - several pirates who try to take what is rightfully yours. Combat experience will allow you to unlock new talents and skills to make that particular line of work easier.
